A quick note: City of Blank takes place in an entirely fictional universe. This episode (and all the jungle episodes) take place in the fictional country of Iber, which has no relation to the real world Iberian Peninsula. I see many people misunderstanding this and assuming it is the real world location. Truthfully, I came up with the name "Iber" on the spot and got no results when Googling it, and did not realize how similar "Iberans" was to the Iberian area until people pointed it out. If I could go back, I would likely change the name. So just some clarification: Real world: Iberian Peninsula CoB World: Iber, and people from it are called Iberans.
