But the thrill of his victory soon fades, leaving him with a void that even absolute power cannot fill. While strolling through the streets of Metrocity, he meets Adeila, a young blind girl who, unlike everyone else, does not fear or judge him for his appearance or reputation. It is then that Megamind begins to find another meaning in his life.
