Misha is a young aspiring writer who leads an insane and absurd life. He is a licentious alcoholic who take refuge in chaos to deal with his demons from the past and the ghost of his mother. His chilhood was marked by abandonment in post-soviet Russia, living on the fringes with his inseparable friend Maks, who will never be the same after fighting in the Second Chechen War. He hates himself. He is aware that he is his worst enemy.
