ICARUS Leonardo II, a king of the Kingdom of Apheriene—part of the Leuchent Empire—ascended the throne after bringing an end to a plague in his kingdom. Hoping to advance his kingdom and put his former fiancée, who had once abandoned him, behind him, he was instead reunited with Asheriene de Theodore, his former fiancée who had become a fugitive from the empire and who suddenly burst into his chambers shortly after he ascended the throne. ..what an amazing opening.
