Just a clarification for everybody who thinks Betsy gave birth: she didn't. She is lactating because she already gave birth once in the past. You can lactate and be pregnant at the same time. The baby is still in there. She just is the strongest woman ever, lol. She and the other women (who are able to) breastfeed as much as they can and further they use goatmilk to feed the babies.
