btw, my insta is just "heybobguy" if it's not obvious. I'll try to keep posting there just so anyone who cares can see whatever comes spilling out of my head. Also, I guess I should tell people that I'm doing much better these days. I am finally finding the right combination of therapy, meds and life changes to deal with my many, many issues. So to anyone else in pain reading this, never lose hope
