Remember how some shows in the 90s always had some kind of moral or PSA at the end of it? For Sailor Moon it was "Sailor Says". And it was sometimes silly, like daydreaming and stuff. When designing Tori, I thought it would be funny if Tori took "Sugar Plum Fairy Says" at the end of each episode and used it as her moral bible. The thing that keeps her on the straight and narrow. (Happy Friday)
