Kitsu was one of the most fun to design. I wanted to go for a sexy Kitsune shrine maiden but also have that air of masked mystery (TUXEDO MASK!). As you all know Kitsune are tricksters so her powers do reflect this. You can also tell she may be a bit stronger because she has 2 tails instead of one. Maaaaaaybe go up to 9? You'll have to see.
