Obviously it isn’t one size fits all, or one solution fixes all, but it helps me with some parts of my disability, and I’m glad I’m figuring out what helps me! Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome is a connective tissue disorder that affects how cartilage forms and functions leading to a multitude of problems depending on what subtype a person has. I most likely have hypermobile EDS!
