Well...that didn't go quite as I thought it would. NERD ALERT!: To better understand this comic one must know about lightning. Lightning is originally negatively charged so it seeks out an area of positive charge. Opposites attract. If I am negative, then I am negatively charged, and thus lightning will not strike me.
