Maybe the effects of excess radiation wouldn't be that quick on Heat Man, as he would be designed to withstand huge amounts of different kinds of radiation anyway. But hey, I'm just trying to come up with a reason for this weakness. I think the logic originally was that the water would put out the flames, but I wanted to do something different.
