I made boffers to start teaching my kids swordsmanship with, and then they started sparring but my oldest would constantly make up rules/abilities that he could do whenever he felt he was losing and needed an edge, so we created zones and damage values for the weapons, and now they want hit points and spells and costumes... So I unintentionally made LARPers out of them. I'm not sorry XD
