As so we see some light return to Eros' eyes, and he finally expressed some emotions during this last part of the chapter. We wanted to subtly emphasize the dialogue going between Nailah and Eros as the chapter ended: from Nailah's apologies to Eros for not being able to do more and her expressing her own grief, to Eros' words of gratitude for everything she was able to do for him after all
