[EA, the author]: My first time flying was a nightmare. However, the road trip parts were really something else. I can't say this is how it is for everyone but there was a certain feeling of time slowing down, listening to the flowing conversations as comforting white noise, passing scenery that seemed to go on for hours, all without a care about school or work. It's was pure bliss
