Well, okay, it's probably more than a village. I was, and never have been, satisfied with what I've drawn of Sharkfolk society. There's a lot that goes into a culture, you just can't slap a generic hat onto it and call it a day. I've tried and will continue to try my best to make an in-depth, dimensional society.
