Sleeping issues abounded last night, including a brutal nightmare that woke me up nearly retching, and I opted for caffeine during this morning's meeting despite my allergies so my mind wouldn't hyperfocus on the images while I drew other things. Drank more than I should have, needed prednisolone and albuterol as well as benadryl, and felt myself vibrate from the racing heartbeat. Do not recommend
