Snips, snails and puppy dog tails! I would back up Galen's statement about being able to strike up a conversation with anyone and anywhere as a major skill! I'm always trying to strike up topics in my head before going for it, and even then it's hard. And if they don't anime, video games or have a pet? Oof...
