This maneuver's referred to as: elevator door, sandwich, biscuit (if you're in the UK), or malachi crunch (if you're in the television program 'Happy Days). It's the rare occasion when two blockers manage to hit the opposing jammer from both sides at the same time; rare because it's quite hard to time it correctly, and generally more useful to just have both blockers in front of the jammer :)
