Remedial Roller Derby: 'Bridging' is the act of standing between both walls, to keep your wall from being pushed so far it's out of play because there's "no pack" (see Ep 53 for that) The joke being, having arms like Mr. Fantastic doesn't increase how effectively you're bridging, because bridging (like most (all?) things in derby) count the player's location based on their hips.
