Remedial Roller Derby: "Juke" or "juking", refers to dodging / twisting / evading / out-maneuvering a defender in many different sports, including roller derby -- but since here you're doing it on skates, there's plenty of momentum and ground to be gained if you trick your opponent into moving in the wrong direction!
