To date, I think I’ve only ever drawn Megan’s mother one time, and it was in a comic set approximately ten years before Candace ‘n’ Company. She had some goofy tattoos, but none described by her daughter in this cartoon. I imagine she paid many visits to the local tattoo shop in the ensuing decade.
