Is there a swimmer alive who enjoys a visit from horseflies? It seems to me the closer to heavily wooded land you swim, the more likely these pests are to come out after you. Of course, you never actually see a horsefly in this cartoon, raising the obvious question: Did Candace just want to smack her roomie for the fun of it?
