Whether in cartooning or otherwise, I always think it’s a great idea to try to get inside your characters’ heads in an effort to depict human psychology. Some of the best known comic strip characters to go on fantasizing rampages are Snoopy, with his World War I Flying Ace and Calvin, with his Spaceman Spiff (no, I won’t admit Hobbes is a mere fantasy!).
