My hat goes off to Candace here. Sometimes I try to do pushups right out of bed, and it is not easy. Pushups are easy enough, but then there’s the little issue of motivating yourself. What puzzles me is how Candace can work out all the time, yet Megan is often depicted as the physically stronger roomie.
