Do you have a grumpy neighbor? It seems to me that, at least in fictitious settings, there is often that one crab who doesn’t want anyone coming around, and no one particularly wants to. In this particular neighborhood, the grumpy neighbor seems to come in the unlikely form of 20-something year old Megan. Between the roomies, there appears to be a good-neighbor/bad-neighbor combo.
