Let's face it, games are full of predatory practices and methods to convince people who don't know any better to part ways with their money - but frankly, so is real life. As much as Blizzard hasn't been the shining example of transparency and good behaviour, I don't think suing them over $300 wasted on terrible Hearthstone pulls is going to make much headway.
