From young we're schooled to trust that authority and regulations are there to give structure and order to our lives. Yet because rewarding people for following orders sounds too unacceptable for a "disruptive future" I get the feeling that people are reluctant to do so and tell youngsters to accept negativity without question - then wonder why authority gets such a bad rap.
