There's understandably a lot of anguish over the trend of the younger generation becoming increasingly less receptive to formal learning. To them, school isn't much more than a springboard to get where you hope to go; the rest of what you do there is meaningless. Which would be a valid criticism of young people to have, if not for the fact that the real world is telling them the exact same thing.
