People who keep encouraging upgrades for corporate reasons don't seem to remember what corporations tend to think of high-flyers: they can't stand these problem-finding mavericks trying to shake up the status quo. So it confuses me every time someone tries to push upgrades as if companies won't just sack the expensive employees for cheaper labour. (No idea why this didn't go live last Thursday.)
