The marshmallow test has been hailed as a proof of what kids turn out to be when they grow up. Honestly I think any form of testing used against children is a pretty low thing to do, but I consider the test to be grossly oversimplified. Imagine what happens after the kid waits and he's told to wait even longer for more imaginary marshmallows, or has the original taken away instead...
