Over the last few weeks, I may have been glancing at a few documentaries on rising costs of common food items, which also covered topics such as sustainability of agriculture. If education is an industry, students and graduates are the product, and the consumers aren't too bothered with how the sausage gets made (so long as it costs and inconveniences them the least possible).
