These days, job interviews don't feel like interviews - they feel more like first dates or amateur psychoanalyses. Add the fact that applicants are likely embellishing or lying to present what they think the other side wants to hear, and the whole affair seems useless for trying to know a person. Really, the best answer would be to have no hobby so you can always be counted on for overtime.
