It's somewhat funny to see my countrymen look at politics in other countries and boast about how good we have it. "Look at the identity politics being played! You'd never see anything like that here." And then it turns out we've been played like violins by another country all along to be their simps. Media literacy doesn't mean much when people believe what they want to believe from the media.
