Change and disruption are incredible buzzwords. They're used to justify everything from corporate overhauls to mergers and acquisitions to redundancies and mass layoffs. Change is constant, and change has to be good - even when it isn't. And I've noticed that the people advocating for the most change often aren't the ones actually experiencing it, but passing it off to someone else.
